Many hydropower reservoirs in the Northern region are still lower than the normal water level, and some reservoirs in the Central - Central Highlands are having quite large inflows and discharges.

According to updated data at 4:15 PM on September 12, in the Northeast region, Tuyen Quang reservoir has an upstream water level of 115.56 m, lower than the normal water level of 120 m. Inflow to the reservoir is 431 m3/s, total discharge is 0 m3/s.

In the Northwest region, Lai Chau Lake has a water level of 290.55 m, 295 m lower than the normal water level. Inflow to the lake is 732 m3/s, total discharge is 1,245 m3/s, all through the plant.

Son La Lake has a water level of 210.66 m, lower than the normal water level by 215 m; inflow to the lake is 1,339 m3/s, total discharge is 1,089 m3/s.

Hoa Binh Lake is at 109.45 m, 117 m lower than the normal water level. Inflow to the lake is 781 m3/s, total discharge is 239 m3/s.

Thac Ba Lake has a water level of 54.91 m, lower than the normal water level by 58 m; inflow to the lake is 352 m3/s, total discharge is 458.58 m3/s.

In the North Central region, Trung Son Lake has a water level of 153.22 m, 160 m lower than the normal water level; inflow to the lake 403 m3/s, total discharge 460 m3/s. Ban Ve Lake is at 193.44 m, 200 m lower than the normal water level; inflow to the lake 283 m3/s, total discharge 319 m3/s.

In the South Central Coast, Song Ba Ha reservoir has a water level of 101.97 m, 105 m lower than the normal water level. Inflow to the reservoir is 465 m3/s, total discharge is 478 m3/s, of which 78 m3/s through the spillway and 400 m3/s through the plant.

In the Central Highlands, Pleikrông reservoir has a water level of 569.46 m, 570 m lower than the normal water level. Inflow to the reservoir is 649 m3/s, total discharge is 579 m3/s, including 373 m3/s through the spillway and 206 m3/s through the plant.

Ialy Lake has a water level of 510.95 m, 515 m lower than the normal water level. Inflow to the lake is 674 m3/s, total discharge is 612 m3/s, all through the plant.

Notably, Se San 3A reservoir has a water level of 239 m, equal to the normal water level. The inflow to the reservoir and total discharge are both at 676 m3/s.

Se San 4 reservoir has a water level of 214.49 m, lower than the normal water level by 215 m; the inflow to the reservoir and total discharge are at 1,011 m3/s, of which 336 m3/s through the spillway and 675 m3/s through the plant.

In the Southeast region, Tri An reservoir has a water level of 58.46 m, 62 m lower than the normal water level. Inflow to the reservoir reached 1,600 m3/s, total discharge volume 809 m3/s.

Thac Mo Lake has a water level of 212.49 m, 218 m lower than the normal water level; inflow to the lake is 395.69 m3/s, total discharge is 172 m3/s.
