The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression is strong at level 6 (39-49 km/h), gusting at level 8. The tropical depression is moving in a West-Northwest direction at a speed of about 15 km/h.

    Forecast for the next 24 hours, the tropical depression will move in a West-Northwest direction, at a speed of 25-30 km/h and is likely to strengthen further. By 7:00 AM on July 24, the center of the tropical depression will be located at about 18 degrees North latitude - 124.2 degrees East longitude; about 220km east of Luzon Island (Philippines).     From the next 48 to 72 hours, the storm will move mainly in a West-Northwest direction, moving about 20km per hour and is likely to strengthen further.
