According to data from Vietnam Electricity Group, at 3:30 PM on February 13, in the Northwest region, in the Northeast region, Tuyen Quang Lake is at an altitude of 113.81m, lower than the normal water level by 120m and higher than the dead water level by 90m.
In the Northwest region, Lai Chau Lake reached 293.41m, only about 1.6 m lower than the normal water level of 295 m.
Son La Lake is at 214.55m, approaching the normal water level of 215m.
Hoa Binh Lake recorded a water level of 112.24m, about 5m lower than the normal water level of 117m, but still much higher than the dead water level of 80m.
Some other reservoirs such as Ban Chat reached 459.74m (normal water level 475m), Huoi Quang at 370.05m, approximately the normal water level of 370m.
Thac Ba Lake is currently at an altitude of 54.92m, 58m lower than the normal water level.
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the weather forecast for February 13th, the Northern region will have drizzle and scattered fog at night and in the morning, then light rain in some places. Cold at night and in the morning.
The Southern region will have showers in some places in the late afternoon and night, sunny during the day.
