According to data from Vietnam Electricity Group, at 11:00 AM on February 6th, in the Northeast region, Tuyen Quang reservoir recorded an upstream water level of 113.61m, water inflow to the reservoir 128 m3/s, total discharge 124.27 m3/s, all through the plant.
In the Northwest region, large reservoirs continue to generate electricity and regulate downstream flow. Lai Chau Lake has an upstream water level of 292.19m, a flow rate of 251 m3/s, and a total discharge rate of 1,072 m3/s.
Ban Chat Lake recorded low flow, only 13 m3/s, but still maintained discharge of 269 m3/s.
Huo Huoi Quang Lake has a water inflow of 260 m3/s, total discharge of 266 m3/s. Son La Lake reached an upstream water level of 214.97m, approaching the normal water level, inflow of 852 m3/s, total discharge of 779 m3/s.
Meanwhile, Hoa Binh reservoir recorded high flow, reaching 1,180 m3/s, total discharge volume 628 m3/s.
Thac Ba reservoir alone has an upstream water level of 55.12m, flow rate of 89 m3/s, total discharge of 452.65 m3/s.
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the weather forecast for February 6th, the Northern region has light rain in some places, light rain, drizzle and scattered fog at night and in the morning. Cold at night and in the morning.
