According to data from Vietnam Electricity Group, at 2:30 PM on April 10, in the Northeast region, Tuyen Quang Lake recorded an upstream water level at an elevation of 114.14m, lower than the normal water level by 5.86m. The water flow to the lake reached 50 m3/s, the total discharge through the plant was 123.7 m3/s, the lake did not open the spillway gate.

In the Northwest region, Lai Chau Lake has a water level of 288.47m, water inflow to the lake is 96 m3/s, and regulation discharge has not yet been implemented.

Ban Chat Lake has a water level of 431.46m, higher than the dead water level, inflow to the lake 9 m3/s, not yet discharged. Similarly, Huoi Quang Lake maintains a water level of 369.49m, inflow to the lake 5 m3/s, without regulating discharge.

For Son La Lake, the water level reached 211.01m, the water inflow to the lake was 92 m3/s. The lake is generating electricity with a total discharge through the plant of 131 m3/s.

Notably, Hoa Binh reservoir continues to generate electricity with large flows. The upstream water level reached 114.75m, the water inflow to the reservoir was 587 m3/s, the total discharge through the plant reached 1,700 m3/s, without opening overflow gates.

At Thac Ba Lake, the water level is at an elevation of 52.98m, the water flow to the lake is 69 m3/s, and water discharge has not been carried out.
