According to data from Vietnam Electricity Group, at 2:00 PM on June 11, the water flow to hydropower reservoirs in the Northwest region continued to be maintained at a high level, in which Hoa Binh reservoir recorded the largest water flow with 3,529m3/s.
The upstream water level of Hoa Binh Lake is currently at an elevation of 98.07m, nearly 19m lower than the normal water level of 117m. The total discharge through the plant reached 1,622m3/s.
At Son La reservoir, the water inflow to the reservoir reached 2,110m3/s, while the total discharge through power generation was 3,212m3/s. The reservoir water level is at an elevation of 196.97m, about 18m lower than the normal water level.
Lai Chau Lake has an upstream water level of 288.32m, nearly 7m lower than the normal water level of 295m. Inflow to the lake reached 719m3/s, total discharge volume 1,078m3/s.

Meanwhile, Ban Chat Lake has a water level of 448.01m, about 27m lower than the normal water level; Huoi Quang Lake is at 369.49m, only about 0.5m away from the normal water level.
In the Northeast region, Tuyen Quang Lake has a water level of 97.73m, 22m lower than the normal water level of 120m. Thac Ba Lake reaches an altitude of 49.55m, about 8.5m lower than the normal water level.
According to the forecast of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on June 11, the Northern region will be sunny with the highest temperature around 30 - 34 degrees Celsius.
The area from Thanh Hoa to Hue has scattered showers and thunderstorms, with locally heavy rain. Rain concentrates in the late afternoon and night.
The Southern region has showers and thunderstorms in some places; especially in the afternoon and evening there are scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain in some places.
