According to data from Vietnam Electricity Group, at 12:00 on June 10, in the North Central region, Trung Son, Ban Ve, Khe Bo and Quang Tri reservoirs had low to medium water inflow.
In which, Trung Son reservoir has a water inflow rate of 152 m3/s, total discharge rate of 118 m3/s; Ban Ve reservoir has a water inflow rate of 60 m3/s and is discharging 158 m3/s.
In the South Central region, many reservoirs have low water inflow rates such as Vinh Son A (0.32 m3/s), Vinh Son B (0.48 m3/s), Vinh Son C (0.13 m3/s), A Vuong (8.97 m3/s) and Song Tranh 2 (5.74 m3/s).
Some lakes are generating electricity with significant discharge flow such as Song Ba Ha discharging 120 m3/s, Song Bung 4 discharging 49 m3/s and A Vuong discharging 28.2 m3/s.
In the Central Highlands, many reservoirs have water levels close to dead water levels or at low levels compared to normal water levels. Se San 3 reservoir is discharging 140 m3/s, Se San 3A is discharging 214 m3/s, Da Mi is discharging 59.1 m3/s and Thuong Kon Tum is discharging 26.69 m3/s to serve power generation.
Notably, An Khe reservoir is discharging through the dam 8 m3/s; Buon Kuop reservoir discharges through the dam 14.86 m3/s. Meanwhile, many large reservoirs such as Ialy, Pleyrong, Se San 4, Buon Tua Srah, Dong Nai 3, Dong Nai 4, Don Duong, Dai Ninh and Ham Thuan currently do not discharge water.
