According to data from Vietnam Electricity Group, at 8:00 am on June 15, in the Northeast region, Tuyen Quang reservoir had a water level of 97.35 m, 22.65 m lower than the normal water level. The inflow to the reservoir reached 358 m3/s, while the total discharge reached 786.02 m3/s.
In the Northwest region, Hoa Binh reservoir has the largest water inflow to the reservoir in the region, reaching 2,068 m3/s. Total discharge volume reached 3,030 m3/s, all through the power plant. The current reservoir water level is at 99.68 m, 17.32 m lower than the normal water level.
Son La Lake has a water level of 195.66 m, 19.34 m lower than the normal water level. Water flow to the lake reached 1,545 m3/s, total discharge volume 1,592 m3/s. Lai Chau Lake reached an elevation of 287.5 m, 7.5 m lower than the normal water level, with a water flow to the lake of 1,060 m3/s.
Meanwhile, Huoi Quang Lake has a water level of 368.29 m, only 0.29 m higher than the dead water level and 1.71 m lower than the normal water level. Ban Chat Lake reached 447.71 m, 27.29 m lower than the normal water level.
For Thac Ba Lake, the water level reached 49.38 m, 8.62 m lower than the normal water level. The lake has not discharged water at the time of update.

According to the forecast of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on June 15, the Northern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with locally heavy rain; especially the delta region will be hot during the day, and in the late afternoon tomorrow there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms. Rainfall in the Northern region will be concentrated in the late afternoon and night.
The area from Thanh Hoa to Da Nang city and the east of provinces from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak will have hot and intense heat with the highest temperature commonly 36-38 degrees C, in some places above 38 degrees C.
The Central Highlands and Southern regions will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, with locally heavy rain.
