According to data from Vietnam Electricity Group, at 4:00 PM on June 21, in the North Central region, Trung Son Lake had a water level of 152.68m, 7.32m lower than the normal water level, inflow to the lake reached 86 m3/s and is discharging 115 m3/s of electricity. Khe Bo Lake recorded a water level of 64.53m, 1.53m higher than the dead water level, total discharge reached 210.3 m3/s while inflow to the lake was 47.2 m3/s.

Ban Ve Lake and Quang Tri maintain normal operation, no discharge.

In the South Central Coast, A Vuong reservoir has a water level of 359.17m, 20.83m lower than the normal water level, inflow to the reservoir reached 16.27 m3/s and discharged 33.8 m3/s. Song Tranh 2 reservoir reached 157.37m, inflow to the reservoir 39.39 m3/s and discharged 33.67 m3/s. Song Bung 2 and Song Bung 4 reservoirs recorded discharge flows of 14.42 m3/s and 56 m3/s respectively.

Some reservoirs such as Vinh Son A, Vinh Son B, Vinh Son C and Song Ba Ha operate stably, without discharge.

In the Central Highlands, the water level of major reservoirs remains relatively stable. Ialy reservoir reached 496.03m, Se San 3 reservoir reached 303.51m, Se San 3A reached 238.9m, Se San 4 recorded a total discharge of 220 m3/s. Buon Kuop and Buon Tua Srah reservoirs continue to generate electricity with discharge flows of 48.56 m3/s and 62 m3/s respectively.

Some reservoirs such as Don Duong, Dai Ninh, Ham Thuan and Da Mi operate regulation at a low level.

According to the forecast of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on June 21, the midland and delta areas of the Northern region, from Hue to Da Nang and the eastern provinces from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak will be hot, with intense heat in some places with the highest common temperature of 35-37 degrees C, in some places above 38 degrees C.
