The Hanoi People's Committee requests the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to direct bus stations and related units to strictly implement this decision, along with related legal regulations under their management.
Units managing and exploiting bus stations and transportation businesses using this service need to develop a roadmap to adjust prices in accordance with fluctuations in price indexes, salaries, electricity prices, water prices, etc. to ensure stability in 5 years. Units must also sign contracts, post prices, publicize information and collect according to the listed prices, ensuring compliance with legal regulations on prices.
