According to initial information, the traffic accident occurred at about 0:00 on July 27 on the elevated Ring Road 3, passing through No. 17 Pham Hung (Cau Giay, Hanoi).
At the above time, Mr. N.C.H (born in 1999, residing in Thai Nguyen), driving a motorbike with license plate 29AD-019. xx was going in the opposite direction on Ring Road 3 elevated, in the direction of Mai Dich to Khuat Duy Tien.
When arriving at the above location, the motorbike driven by Mr. H crashed into a car with license plate 30F-432. xx driven by Ms. P.M. L (born 1976, residing in Hanoi). The strong collision caused Mr. H to be injured and taken to the emergency room, both vehicles were damaged.
Upon receiving the news, Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 (CSGT) - Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police sent officers and soldiers to the scene to handle the accident.
Through initial inspection, driver P.M. L did not violate alcohol or drug concentration; driver N.C.H is waiting for test results from medical agencies.
