Speaking at the workshop, Dr. Tran Lan Phuong - Vice President of the Vietnam Women's Union affirmed that over the past 6 decades, with the efforts and contributions of generations of cadres and lecturers, the Vietnam Women's Academy has made an important contribution to the cause of gender equality, improving women's capacity and promoting sustainable development.
Ms. Phuong believes that developing science, technology, innovation and digital transformation is an inevitable and objective requirement, a strategic choice, a top priority for rapid and sustainable economic development in the new era, an era of development, richness, prosperity, and prosperity, on par with the world powers.

The goal is to spread digital technology to all sectors of the economy, contributing to promoting economic growth above 8% in 2025 and double digits in the following years. An important solution proposed by Ms. Phuong is to have a breakthrough in developing digital human resources, equipping knowledge and skills for future generations, and being ready to seize opportunities in the digital era.
To do this, according to Ms. Phuong, the education system, including the Vietnam Women's Academy, must be strongly innovated to train a team of highly qualified staff, creative thinking, leadership skills and adapt to the knowledge economy.
"Students of the Academy and Association officials at all levels, after being trained at the Academy, in addition to being equipped with professional qualifications in training fields, must also be equipped with good digital knowledge and skills to be able to integrate with a digital society and digital economy" - Dr. Tran Lan Phuong emphasized.
Within the framework of the workshop, speakers presented challenges, opportunities and solutions for the Academy to continue accompanying Association officials in the new era.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Hoa - former President of the Vietnam Women's Union, said that the training of Association staff needs to be closely linked to practice, aiming at sustainable solutions to promote gender equality and community development.
Presenting at the Workshop, Mr. Le Nguyen Truong Giang - Director of the Institute of Digital Transformation Strategy also made important recommendations on the application of digital technology in training and education management.
According to him, digital transformation not only helps improve teaching quality but also creates conditions for students to access knowledge more flexibly and effectively.
