Vietnam Railway Corporation said that on November 23, the unit continued to stop 9 railway trains passing through the Central region due to flooding.

Accordingly, on November 23, 2025, the unit will stop operating 9 trains as follows:

Stop running trains SE6/SE5, SE8/SE7 starting at Saigon Station, Hanoi.

Stop running the SE22/SE21 train starting at Saigon Station, Da Nang.

Stop running SNT2 and SNT1 trains starting at Saigon and Nha Trang stations.

Stop running the SE4 train starting at Saigon station.

According to the Railway Corporation, the unit has so far stopped running 44 passenger trains, more than 17,750 tickets must be refunded. Many passenger ships and cargo ships are parked along the road.

Due to the paralysis of the road, the railway industry has provided free main meals: 9,274; side dishes: 6,093 for passengers.

The Railway Corporation also said that by 11:00 a.m. on November 23, 2025, due to the impact of prolonged heavy rain in the provinces of Gia Lai, Quang Ngai, Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa, the damage caused specific traffic congestion was as follows:

Damage situation of the Dieu Tri - Quy Nhon railway line:

At Km2+800 Km4+200: average depth of 0.28m of ballast bed was washed away; average depth of 0.4m of roadbed was washed away; Trees, grass, and garbage were washed up on the railway.

At Km01+877 Bridge: Slide of four hats (2,3x6m).

The Corporation has continued to block off the entire Dieu Tri - Quy Nhon section to fix and repair the problem.
