Reports of violations are received and handled promptly
On October 2, the Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police issued an administrative violation report, fined 5 million VND, and deducted 2 driving license points for drivers who drive rescue vehicles climbing through the fixed median strip between the two traffic routes on Lang Ha Street (Lang Ward, Hanoi).
The above violation was recorded by local residents and sent to the Facebook fanpage of the Traffic Police Department on October 1.
Also on October 2, people reported to the phone number of Major General Do Thanh Binh - Director of the Traffic Police Department, on CT3 building road (Phuc La ward, Hanoi) there was a car parked in a place with a sign prohibiting stopping and parking, causing traffic obstruction.
Immediately afterwards, Road Traffic Police Team No. 7 - Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police conducted verification and fined the driver of the above vehicle.
Not only in Hanoi, on October 2, a clip appeared on social networks reflecting on the Long Thanh - Ben Luc expressway, from Ho Chi Minh City to the Southwestern provinces, near National Highway 50, with subsidence, creating a very dangerous edge for vehicles passing.
As soon as the information was received, the Traffic Police Department directed the Highway Traffic Police Team No. 7 to check and clarify and found that the people's reflection on social networks was correct. The Traffic Police Department informed that the unit will have a document recommending the Vietnam Road Administration to promptly fix it in the near future. A statistic in August 2025 shows that immediately after Major General Do Thanh Binh publicly announced his personal phone number, in just one day, 45 calls and 87 messages were sent. After two days, the number increased to 175 calls and 230 messages. By the end of the month (17.7 - 17.8.2025), the Director's hotline had received more than 1,000 calls and more than 1,600 messages.
After receiving the information, Major General Do Thanh Binh studied all the messages, and at the same time directed clarification and publicization of information on the Facebook page of the Traffic Police Department and mass media.
