The disclosure of personal phone numbers of the Working Team captains aims to further promote the effectiveness of receiving feedback and contributing opinions from people in each field and area under their management, demonstrating the spirit of being close to the people, respecting the people, and serving the people.
Individuals and organizations can text or call ( via Zalo, Viber) the phone numbers of the captains of the units to reflect and contribute opinions related to traffic safety work or the activities of the Hanoi Traffic Police force. Information is received both during and outside of office hours.
Previously, in order to promptly receive information from the people, the Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police also publicly disclosed the personal phone number of Colonel Tran Dinh Nghia - Head of the Traffic Police Department: 0702.002.929 (received via text messages, calls, Zalo, Viber...).

All information will be received and processed promptly according to regulations.
