Quang Ngai - The visitation ceremony for former President Tran Duc Luong will start from 7:00 a.m. on May 24 to 7:00 a.m. on May 25 at 3 locations.

On the afternoon of May 23, the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province issued a document announcing the implementation of the National Day of Former Chairman Tran Duc Luong in the province as follows:

During the two days of holding the National Day of Former President Tran Duc Luong's Funeral Ceremony (May 24, 2025 and May 25, 2025), agencies and offices in the province will hang invitation flags, have a flagstap strip (sized at 1/10 of the flag width, with a length of only 2/3 of the flagpole, using black fabric bands to prevent the flag from flying); do not organize cultural and artistic activities, sports competitions and public entertainment activities.

The visitation ceremony for former President Tran Duc Luong will start from 7:00 a.m. on May 24-2025 to 7:00 a.m. on May 25, 2025, held at locations in Quang Ngai including: Hall of Guest House T50, Quang Ngai Provincial Military Command (No. 142 Le Trung Dinh, Quang Ngai city); Duc Pho Town Cultural House; Hall of Pho Khanh Commune People's Committee, Duc Pho Town.

The memorial service for former President Tran Duc Luong was solemnly held at 7:00 a.m. on May 25, 2025 at the T50 Guest House Hall, Quang Ngai Provincial Military Command.

The burial ceremony of former President Tran Duc Luong will take place at 3:00 p.m. the same day at his hometown cemetery, Dien Truong village, Pho Khanh commune, Duc Pho town, Quang Ngai province.
