"Bottleneck" connecting alley 282 Kim Giang
Kim Van - Kim Lu urban area has the highest population density in Hanoi, located next to Nguyen Xien Street (Ring Road 3). Therefore, the traffic pressure is extremely high.
According to people's reflection, there is currently a large, airy road at lane 282 Kim Giang street that has been completed, but has not been officially connected to Kim Van - Kim Lu urban area.
According to the reporter's records in late February 2025, at the end of lane 282 Kim Giang adjacent to Nguyen Xien Street, a newly built large road was formed. However, the road connecting to Kim Van - Kim Lu urban area adjacent to this road section was fenced off, leaving only a small path that was enough for a motorbike to pass.
Recorded during rush hour, the traffic density through this path is very high, causing frequent congestion. Traffic participants had to line up to get through this small path.
Mr. Nguyen Quy Anh, a parent who sends his child to school in Kim Van - Kim Lu urban area, said that his house is nearly 2 km from the urban area. He has both a car and a motorbike. Normally, he takes his child to school by motorbike through the gateway to alley 282 Kim Giang. However, on rainy and windy days, he wants to take his child by car to get around Ring Road 3 in a state of frequent congestion.
Mr. N.M.T, a resident of Kim Van - Kim Lu urban area, said that currently, Kim Van - Kim Lu urban area cannot be connected to alleys 420, 292, 282, 350 Kim Giang street. In particular, for lane 282, which is a vital traffic route connecting Kim Giang Street and Ring Road 3, it is the main route for parents and students to Dai Kim Primary School, Dai Kim Secondary School, Hanoi Star Inter-level School - Hoang Mai...
This has affected the travel of people in the urban area and put pressure on the already congested Ring Road 3.
