Joining hands and hearts towards a new era
Ms. Luu Thi Thanh An (82 years old, 60 years of Party membership) - former Secretary of Bao Loc Town Party Committee - said that in recent days, along with millions of people across the country, she regularly watched the 14th Party Congress on television.

According to her, this is a very well-prepared Congress, showing the spirit of innovation, receiving special attention and support from the people.
The Congress has affirmed the great potentials and strengths of the country, along with the correct guidelines and policies of our Party throughout history. More importantly, it is to consolidate the people's absolute belief in the leadership role of the Party - the foundation for the country to enter a new era, the era of the Vietnamese nation's rise," Ms. An expressed.
According to Ms. Luu Thi Thanh An, in 2025, the world situation has many complex fluctuations, and the country also faces many difficulties due to natural disasters.
However, thanks to the spirit of solidarity and unity, the country has gradually overcome challenges. In Lam Dong and many localities across the country, major movements and campaigns have clearly shown "Party will, people's hearts".
After the Congress, each resolution, each major policy needs to be seriously grasped and implemented closely in practice in each locality and each grassroots level to join hands in building a homeland and country that is increasingly rich, beautiful, prosperous, and happy," Ms. An emphasized.
Listening to the thoughts and aspirations of the people
Da Nghich village is a locality with a large number of ethnic minorities living in Ward 3 Bao Loc (Lam Dong). Currently, the whole village has 310 households, more than 1,290 people, mainly Ma and K'Ho ethnic people.

The lives of people here mainly depend on agricultural production with crops such as coffee, tea and fruit trees. Thanks to the attention and investment of the Party, State and local authorities, the material and spiritual life of the people is increasingly improved. Currently, the whole village only has 1 poor household and 13 near-poor households.
Mr. K'Huan - Secretary of the Party Cell of Da Nghich village - said that ethnic minority people always believe in the guidelines and policies of the Party and the State. Although the lives of a part of the people are still difficult, belief in the leadership of the Party is still a solid spiritual support.
We hope that the Party, Party committees, and authorities at all levels will continue to pay attention to the grassroots level, be close to the people, listen to the thoughts and aspirations of the people to effectively implement ethnic policies, helping people stabilize their lives and rise up in the new development stage," Mr. K'Huan shared.
Always grateful for the concern of the Party and the State
Mr. Dang Choi Sinh (Dao ethnicity) - Head of Dak Ri village, Krong No commune - said that as an ethnic minority, he always remembers Uncle Ho and the Party's teachings about the spirit of solidarity, taking care of production labor, and preserving villages.

In recent years, thanks to the attention of the Party and the State, the lives of ethnic minorities have changed a lot. People know how to apply science and technology to production, know how to preserve forests, preserve land, and do business more and more effectively," Mr. Sinh said.
He hopes that through the 14th Congress, the Party will continue to pay attention to investing in ethnic minority areas, especially supporting production and infrastructure, so that people can feel secure in working and stabilizing their lives on their homeland.
Entering a new stage of development
Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien (76 years old, 51 years of Party membership, residing in Ward 3, Bao Loc) said that the success of the 14th Congress is a milestone opening a new stage of development, showing the high political determination of the entire Party, and at the same time arousing belief and aspiration for a strong Vietnam.

According to Mr. Kien, the major policies of the Central Government, especially the orientation to build a streamlined, effective, and efficient administrative apparatus, with cadres close to the people, close to the people, and better serving the people, are important breakthroughs, trusted and supported by the people.
We hope that the resolutions of the Congress will be put into life soon. Each cadre, party member, especially the head of the locality, needs to be truly close to the people, listen to the People to build an honest and modern government, for the sustainable development of the country," Mr. Kien expressed.
