Initial information shows that people discovered a man running to Lang Son bridge. After that, this person left his phone and jumped into the Dinh River. People shouted together to find the victim and notified the authorities.
Dozens of people have lit up to search along both banks of the river, even wading out into the water to search but still cannot find it. A large number of curious people stopped to watch and search for bridge dancers.
After more than an hour of searching, the man who jumped off the bridge was found swimming to shore and sitting on the riverbank. It is known that this man is a local.
