According to the Lao Dong Newspaper's reporter, in recent days, the rate of people coming to the Hoa Lu City Reception and Results Department (located at the Ninh Binh Provincial Public Administration Service Center) to carry out procedures to change information on personal identification documents has increased.
According to statistics from the Ninh Binh Provincial Public Administration Service Center, from January 1, 2025, when Hoa Lu city was established and officially put into operation on the basis of merging Hoa Lu district and Ninh Binh city, the need to handle administrative procedures of Hoa Lu city residents has increased dramatically.
The most concentrated areas are land and citizen identification card issuance and renewal. At the Hoa Lu City Reception and Result Delivery Department, on average, 120-130 citizens come to do procedures in the field of citizen identification card issuance and renewal every day.
Faced with the increasing demand for administrative procedures, the staff and civil servants at the Hoa Lu City Reception and Result Delivery Department are making great efforts, upholding their spirit and responsibility to complete their tasks, quickly and promptly responding to citizens' needs.
Major Le Thi Minh Tam - officer of the Administrative Management Police Team for Social Order, Hoa Lu City Police - said that to meet the needs of citizens applying for and changing ID cards, the Hoa Lu City Reception and Results Department has increased 2 more officers and arranged more machines to receive and promptly process citizens' applications.
Along with the field of ID card issuance and renewal, the land sector also has a lot of people coming to do administrative procedures in the past few days, focusing on procedures such as: changes in land plot address, changes in sheet, map plot, changes in permanent address...
Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong - Deputy Director of Hoa Lu City Land Registration Office Branch - said that in order to serve the increasing needs of people in the land sector, from January 2, 2025 to now, Hoa Lu City Land Registration Office Branch has increased the number of staff to support, guide and receive at the Ninh Binh Provincial Public Administration Service Center to ensure timely settlement of administrative procedures for people.
Speaking with Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Bui Thien Thi - Chairman of Hoa Lu City People's Committee - said that according to Article 21 of Resolution No. 35/2023/UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of district and commune-level administrative units for the period 2023 - 2030, regulations on the conversion of documents for individuals and organizations, documents that have been issued by competent authorities to individuals, citizens and organizations before the arrangement according to the old administrative unit, if not expired according to regulations, will continue to be used.
“After the arrangement of administrative units, people and businesses can be completely assured because they can still use valid information and documents to conduct transactions as well as handle administrative procedures. To facilitate transactions, if people and businesses need to change documents, they should contact the one-stop department at local levels for instructions on how to do it,” said Mr. Thi.
