On August 17, information from Bac Nha Trang Ward Police, Khanh Hoa province said that the unit had just coordinated to bring a case of a foreigner to the Provincial Social Protection and Social Work Center for care and support.
Accordingly, Mr. Yespulayev Yuriy (born in 1963, Kazakh nationality) was identified as wandering, begging for food and having no stable residence in Bac Nha Trang ward.
Through verification, functional agencies discovered that Mr. Yuriy also encountered difficulties with personal papers due to the loss of his passport. Bac Nha Trang Ward Police reported to the Immigration Management Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police for guidance and coordination in carrying out necessary procedures related to foreigners' papers according to regulations.After that, Bac Nha Trang Ward Police coordinated with the Immigration Management Department and the Ward People's Committee to take Mr. Yuriy to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Social Protection and Social Work Center.
Bringing Mr. Yuriy to the center is to ensure living conditions, care and support while waiting for procedures related to paperwork to be resolved.This is also a solution to contribute to ensuring security, order and improving the efficiency of managing foreigners in the area.
Bac Nha Trang Ward Police recommends that accommodation establishments, organizations, and individuals when detecting wandering foreigners, without stable residence, losing papers or encountering difficulties in living, should quickly notify the Police agency.
Based on the received information, functional forces will coordinate to verify, support and resolve the case according to regulations, contributing to ensuring safety, security and order and timely support for foreigners in difficult circumstances.
