By the evening of October 2, Cu Chi Commune Police and Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Police had completed the investigation and handling of the scene of a traffic accident that killed a woman.
According to initial information, at around 1:00 p.m. the same day, people discovered a middle-aged woman lying on a motorbike with license plate 59Y3-564.xx on the side of Provincial Road 2. People checked and found that the victim had died, so they reported it to the authorities.

From the security camera image, at the time of the incident, the victim was driving in the same direction with another vehicle from Provincial Road 8 to Phan Van Khai Street. When arriving at the above area, the woman's motorbike suddenly swayed, ran for another distance and then crashed into an electric pole on the side of the road.
Relatives said the victim's name was H., residing in An Nhon Tay commune. Recently, Ms. H.'s mother has been being treated at the hospital, and she is often on duty to take care of her. The day the incident occurred, Ms. H. was on her way home from the hospital when she had a tragic accident.
Currently, the police continue to extract the camera to clarify the cause of the accident.
