On the morning of March 25, Mr. Tran Xuan Tay - Chairman of Nha Trang Ward People's Committee - said that the locality has launched a campaign to strengthen urban order assurance, focusing on areas with high business density, large volume of people and vehicles.
Since the beginning of the year, functional forces have inspected and handled on many key roads such as Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Tran Phu, Yersin...
Many cases of sidewalk encroachment, causing traffic obstruction and affecting urban aesthetics have been recorded and fined according to regulations.

Along with handling violations, the ward promotes propaganda and reminds people to raise their awareness of compliance to maintain long-term effectiveness.
Many working groups have been established. Among them, there are groups headed by ward police leaders to ensure smooth and effective inspection and handling.
Regarding coastal entertainment activities, the locality said it will manage them in accordance with regulations, ensuring order, safety and tourism image.
Mr. Ngo Khac Thinh - Head of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Nha Trang ward - emphasized that the government hopes that people will agree and participate in maintaining order and building a civilized and clean city.

Currently, the ward continues to review and rectify service business activities, ensuring order and safety in the beach area.
Records show that the majority of people agree with the campaign to restore urban order. Many households along Tran Phu and Nguyen Thi Minh Khai streets believe that handling sidewalk encroachment is necessary, especially in areas that are often crowded.
Mr. Quoc Toan, a local resident, said that after the campaigns, sidewalks are clearer, and travel is more convenient and safer.
However, people also requested functional forces to maintain regular inspections, avoiding the situation of "widespread deployment and then recurrence of violations".
At the same time, functional agencies also need to have harmonious solutions between restoring urban order and ensuring livelihoods for small-scale traders.
