According to the Department of Home Affairs of Lam Dong province, in 2026, there are expected to be more than 3,500 recruitment units in the province with a total demand of 25,257 job positions. In the period 2026 - 2030, the recruitment demand of businesses is expected to reach 160,650 positions, of which more than 70% are unskilled workers in many industries.
This figure shows that the job problem is not only in the immediate recruitment needs but also in the ability to connect workers with businesses, especially in the context of fluctuating production and business activities.
According to current regulations, when there are changes in labor working at the unit, employers shall notify the Center for Archives and Employment Services under the Department of Home Affairs. This is the basis for management agencies to grasp the labor and employment situation and have appropriate supply-demand connection solutions" - Deputy Director of Lam Dong Provincial Department of Home Affairs Le Thi Theu shared.
