BSCKII Nguyen Hoai Nam - Director of Nghe An Orthopedic Trauma Hospital - said that the encroachment on the sidewalk in front of the hospital gate has been going on for many years, affecting the urban image and operation of the hospital. The locality has taken action to handle the situation many times, but since then, people have continued to violate the law.
On the morning of November 5, speaking to reporters, the leader of Truong Vinh ward said that he had directed the authorities to take action to remove the situation of covering and encroaching on the sidewalk in front of the hospital. However, after the forces left, the households continued to encroach.
The ward leaders said that the authorities have prepared administrative fines for a number of households and affirmed that they will continue to completely handle the above situation, ensuring civilization and urban order.
