Immediately after the flood caused damage, the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue of communes, militia forces, and police organized traffic flow, deployed measures to ensure safety for people and vehicles participating in traffic; arranged human resources, machinery, equipment, and spare materials at damaged locations to repair as soon as possible.
