On November 7, the People's Committee of Truong Son Commune (Quang Ninh District, Quang Binh Province) said that many people of Sat Village had just carried an old man to a convenient location to take him to the hospital for treatment.
An old man living in Sat village (Truong Son commune) is not in good health. The road to the village is muddy, not concreted, some sections have landslides, cars cannot enter the village, so the village chief called on people to carry the old man out of the village.
Dozens of men in the village took turns carrying the old man through nearly 8km of forest to the main road, so that a car could take him to the hospital for treatment.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, Sat village is home to 34 Bru - Van Kieu households. The village is located deep in the forest, nearly 8km from the West branch of Ho Chi Minh road and more than 10km from the commune center.
The village still has no electricity grid, unstable phone signal, and no concrete road leading to the village, so traveling is very difficult.
