According to the decision, the scope of work is to carry out regular management, maintenance and periodic repair of traffic structures throughout the province in 2026, to ensure smooth, continuous, and safe traffic. The total implementation cost is nearly 700 billion VND. The capital is allocated from the local budget's economic career source in 2026.
The plan focuses on managing, maintaining, operating, and exploiting road traffic infrastructure in the province. In which, maintenance of the entrusted national highway system (QL10, QL12B, QL21, QL21B, QL37B, QL38B, QL45...), provincial roads, routes connecting the two highways Hanoi - Hai Phong and Cau Gie - Ninh Binh, the southern trunk road of Nam Dinh urban area, Do Quan bridge... along with green trees, landscapes, lighting systems, traffic signals.
In addition, the province allocates funds to operate and exploit Dai Noi ferry terminals (QL21B), Ninh My (DT488C), Kinh Lung (DT485B), Sa Cao (DT489) and management and maintenance fees, ensuring traffic safety of Ninh Cuong pontoon bridge on QL37B.
Periodic and emergency repairs are also allocated funds for timely handling.
Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to organize the implementation of the plan in accordance with regulations. This unit is fully responsible to the Provincial People's Committee and supervisory, inspection, and audit agencies for the accuracy and effectiveness of the plan contents.
