Based on the report summarizing recommendations and dialogue results, Mr. Tran Duc Thang - Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee - requested that all levels and sectors in the province focus on reviewing and resolving 4 groups of issues.
That is to support women in comprehensive development such as entrepreneurship, vocational training, marriage and family, safety for women; social security; participation in new rural construction, environmental protection, production, processing and consumption of agricultural products; association work and gender equality.
Regarding the group of issues supporting women for comprehensive development, the Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee said that in recent times, the province has issued many instructions on training a team of reporters and grassroots collaborators to propagate and disseminate policies to the grassroots. At the same time, it is required that sectors urgently advise on solutions to problems related to marriage, family safety for women and children.
Regarding the group of social security issues for women, children, especially children in difficult circumstances, and women raising young children, Mr. Tran Duc Thang emphasized that the province continues to pay attention to implementing special policies.
In which, focusing on policies related to orphans, disabled people in difficult circumstances; housing for low-income people, kindergartens in areas with industrial parks and industrial clusters; supporting health insurance for branch staff and women's groups. At the same time, strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation of policies and regimes for enterprises employing many female workers.
Regarding the issue of merging and streamlining the apparatus, the Department of Home Affairs of Hai Duong province will coordinate to introduce and create new jobs for officials who do not continue to work after streamlining the apparatus and having policies to support start-ups.
