After the above time limit, the investor continues to sell social houses as prescribed.
The Chairman of the City People's Committee also requested CRV Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company to soon start construction of apartment buildings combined with commercial services (33-storey building) on plots of land from HH1 to HH4 in the Do Muoi Street area extended on May 13, 2025 and complete on May 13, 2027; when opening for sale, priority will be given to Hai Duong's staff.
The Department of Construction of Hai Phong City guides and urges Thai - Holding Joint Stock Company and CRV Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company to implement the above contents.
