The incident occurred on the afternoon of December 16, in Binh Minh commune. A private source from Lao Dong said that due to personal conflicts, the two female students had arranged to meet outside to resolve the matter. During the meeting, a female student pulled out a knife and stabbed the other person to death.
The victim was identified as V.T.T, born in 2012 (an 8th grade student at a secondary school in Binh Minh commune. The female student who stabbed V.T.T to death was an 8th grade student, but studying at another school.
Talking with Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, the representative of Binh Minh commune's leadership also confirmed the above incident and said that the police force is currently investigating and clarifying.
A representative of the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh province said that they had received information about the conflict between the two female students that led to a fight that killed one of their friends.
"Currently, the Department is sending officers directly to the scene to grasp the incident and coordinate with the authorities to handle it" - said a representative of the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh province.
