More than 700 households, with 2,000 people, have been mobilized to leave their unsafe homes to temporarily take shelter at Dien Bich Primary School. In the next room, Mrs. Dau Thi Minh (60 years old, Quyet Thanh hamlet) struggles to take care of her 85-year-old mother-in-law who is bedridden. Mr. Ha Xuan Quang - Secretary of the Dien Chau Commune Party Committee - said: "All commune cadres are on duty at 100% of the army. Before 8:00 a.m. on August 25, all people in the danger zone were forced to evacuate. If any household hesitates, the commune will enforce it to ensure the safety of their lives".

Before that, cadres, militia, police... diligently took each step, went to each house, and patiently persuaded households that were still subjective.

The ceiling fan runs smoothly, the lights are bright all night - guaranteeing the government's efforts to "not let people lack food and drink".

Early in the morning of August 25, people continued to flock to the school to take safe shelter due to storm No. 5. The shoulders were worried because of their luggage, the eyes worriedly looking towards the sea. Outside, the wind whirls with each storm, the waves rise, while inside, the warm atmosphere of sharing, somewhat reducing fear.
