Initial information, the incident occurred at about 2:45 PM on the 21st. 2 intersections of Le Hong Phong street and the road to lot 16D Le Hong Phong.
According to people who witnessed the incident, a white car traveling from the BigC roundabout to Cat Bi airport in the mixed lane suddenly rushed into a line of motorbikes waiting at a red light.
About 10 motorbikes were hit and lying scattered on the road, damaged. Initial records show that more than 10 motorcyclists were injured, and a young child was dragged under the car, and was taken to the emergency room by people.
Immediately after the incident occurred, the traffic police force of Hai Phong City Police quickly arrived at the scene to regulate traffic and clarify the cause of the incident. The car driver was also taken to Hai An Ward Police for investigation.
