The Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department (PC07, Hanoi City Police) recently sent a document to 3 wards Thanh Xuan, Khuong Dinh and Phuong Liet posting information publicly about fire prevention and fighting (PCCC) violations on the electronic information pages of the wards.
Accordingly, implementing Plan No. 345/KH-UBND dated December 17, 2025 of the City People's Committee, Plan No. 443/KH-CAHN-PCCC&CNCH dated December 19, 2025 of the Hanoi City Police and Plan No. 4585/KH-PC07-D2 dated December 19, 2025 of PC07 on handling establishments that do not ensure fire prevention and fighting requirements according to Clause 6, Article 55 of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Law No. 55/2024/QH15 and works put into operation when fire prevention and fighting have not been accepted in Hanoi City, including the content: Publicly posting 100% of the names, locations, investors of violating works on mass media, specifically identifying investors, construction addresses, existing issues, fire prevention and fighting violations that need to be overcome so that people know and monitor.
PC07 requested the Chairmen of the People's Committees of 3 wards Thanh Xuan, Khuong Dinh and Phuong Liet to direct the Department of Culture - Society and related units to publicly post 21 names, works, addresses, investors who have violated fire prevention and fighting inspection and have been put into operation in their managed areas since Decree No. 105/2025/ND-CP took effect until now on the electronic information page and ward loudspeaker system so that people know and jointly supervise investors in implementing and reviewing fire prevention and fighting violation information of investors.
Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Thanh Xuan ward said that according to data provided by the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue force, there are 11 fire prevention and fighting violation establishments in the ward since Decree No. 105/2025/ND-CP took effect.
These facilities are managed by Rescue and Relief Team Area No. 13.
Decree No. 105/2025 decentralizes, delegates, and lists establishments under Appendix I managed by the ward, and Appendix II managed by the Fire Prevention and Fighting force" - said a representative of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Thanh Xuan ward.
In Phuong Liet ward, there is 1 fire prevention and fighting violation project pointed out by functional agencies.
As for Khuong Dinh ward, after receiving the document from PC07, the Department of Culture and Society publicly posted information on the ward's electronic information page about fire prevention and fighting violations.
In this list, fire prevention and fighting violations are most concentrated on Nguyen Xien street with 6 establishments (4 on Nguyen Xien street, 2 in alleys).
In addition, there are 2 facilities on Vu Tong Phan street.
The remaining facility is located at 317 Truong Chinh street. This is a construction project for a supermarket area, commercial transaction office and housing invested by International Project Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company (ICC), construction area 900 m2.
