Accordingly, on June 19, Market Management Team No. 3 (Nghe An Market Management Department) coordinated with the Economic Security Department - Nghe An Provincial Police to inspect Hoa Tam Company Limited (address 252 Truong Chinh Street, Le Loi Ward, Vinh City) and discovered that this unit was trading goods of unknown origin.
Through on-site inspection, the authorities recorded that the company was selling 63 oil filters, with a total value of nearly 16 million VND. At the time of working, the business representative could not present invoices or legal documents proving the origin of the above goods.
Based on legal regulations, the Inspection Team has drawn up a record of administrative violation against Hoa Tam Company Limited with the amount of 12 million VND, and at the same time confiscated the entire shipment of violators for handling according to regulations.
