Lam Dong - Lam Dong provincial authorities have just discovered and seized nearly 2.6 tons of frozen food of unknown origin in Da Lat city.

On May 7, Lam Dong Provincial Police informed that the professional forces had just discovered and seized nearly 2.6 tons of frozen food of unknown origin in Da Lat city.

Specifically, the authorities inspected Khuong Long Milk Company Limited (Ward 7, Da Lat City), directed by Mr. V.V.T (born in 1987, residing in Nam Dinh).

Next, Ms. P.H.N (born in 1986, residing in Lao Cai province) was authorized to work with the authorities but could not present the invoices or documents related to the shipment.

Through checking the company's two cold storage facilities, the authorities discovered about 2,592 kg of frozen food of unknown origin without labels as prescribed.

The goods include items such as chicken feet, rice, beef balls, egg fish, stuffed snails, salmon wrap, buffalo tongue, clay shrimp spring rolls, etc.

Currently, all goods have been temporarily detained for investigation and handling according to the law. The police are expanding the case.
