On the afternoon of June 3, information from the People's Committee of Thach Xuan commune said that a resident going to the forest had just discovered the body of a man in a hanging position on a tree branch.
The victim's body was severely decomposed, and it was initially determined that he may have died for more than 10 days. The age of this person is between 30 and 45 years old.
After receiving the report, Thach Xuan Commune Police coordinated with the Criminal Police Department, the Criminal Techniques Department and related units to be present at the scene to conduct an autopsy, then buried the victim.
According to the leader of Thach Xuan Commune People's Committee, the victim had no identification documents and had not been identified.
However, it was initially determined that this was a local resident, not a citizen of Thach Xuan commune.
