At around 4:30 p.m. on July 4, while excavating soil from the hill behind the house to pour into the foundation of a newly built house and building an anti-landslide cutting room, Mr. Bui Tan Huong's family (Doan Ket 1 village, Dak Lieng commune, Dak Lak) discovered a bomb. The catapult accidentally lifted a strange object, which was later determined to be a bomb about 20cm wide and about 90cm long.

Upon receiving the information, the Dak Lieng Commune Military Command quickly deployed safety measures, blocked off the area and assigned security forces according to regulations.
To ensure the safety of people's lives and property, the People's Committee of Dak Lieng commune has issued a document requesting competent authorities to handle explosives according to regulations, helping people feel secure in living, working and producing.

People in the area are advised not to stay near the bomb detection area until safety announcement from local authorities.
