On February 6, information from the People's Committee of Ha Son Commune, Ha Trung District, Thanh Hoa Province said that the body of a man had just been discovered floating on the Len River. The victim was wearing long clothes, and his body was starting to show signs of decomposition.
The incident was discovered at around 9am the same day, when a local resident went fishing on the Len River and saw a body and reported it to local authorities.
After receiving the information, the Ha Son Commune authorities and the Commune Police organized to bring the victim's body to shore. At 11:00 a.m. the same day, the victim's family arrived at the scene to identify the body.
According to the family, the victim's name is H (born in 1979, in Tuy Loc commune, Hau Loc district, Thanh Hoa province). Mr. H showed signs of mental illness and left home on the second day of Tet. The family searched everywhere but could not find him.
Currently, the victim's body has been handed over to the family by local authorities for burial.
