On November 26, An Lac Ward Police (formerly Binh Tan District) are verifying and clarifying the case of a newborn baby abandoned on an abandoned plot of land in Huong Lo 5 residential area.
According to initial information, at around 2:00 p.m. the same day, local people heard a crying sound coming from an empty lot in Huong Lo 5 residential area (An Lac ward). When checking, people discovered a newborn baby abandoned on the side of the road, where overgrown grass was growing, close to the water's edge.
The newborn baby was wrapped in a towel. Initially, the authorities determined that this was a girl.
Immediately after receiving the report, the authorities quickly arrived at the scene. The newborn baby girl was taken to the hospital for health check-up and timely medical care.
Currently, An Lac Ward Police are taking statements and extracting security cameras around the area to verify, clarify the identity and search for the person who abandoned the newborn baby girl.
