    Thanh Hoa - People suddenly discovered an object suspected to be a fisherman at the fishing port, and immediately reported the incident to the local authorities.

    On August 25, the People's Committee of Hoang Tien commune, Thanh Hoa province, said that at 9:45 a.m. the same day, the authorities received a report from Ms. Le Thi Bich (born in 1980, residing in Giang Son village, Hoang Tien commune) about a rusty, white object appearing at the fishing port of Giang Son village, about 2m long, 40cm in diameter, suspected to be a fisherman.

    According to initial information, during the fishing process, fishing boat TH-91879-TS captained by Mr. Le Van Tien (born in 1981, residing in Lien Minh village, Hoang Tien commune) recovered this object from the sea due to being entangled in a net.

    Currently, the Hoang Tien commune government has reported the incident to superiors for handling.
