On the afternoon of August 22, the leader of the People's Committee of Nam Cuong commune, Hung Yen province, said that after many hours of searching, the authorities had found the body of a young man leaving a motorbike on the road near the Huu Vi river.
Initial information, this morning (8.22), some people in Nam Cuong commune discovered a motorbike with license plate 17B8-351.xx, accompanied by a jacket, sandals and glasses, parked on the road near the Huu Vi river area. People report to local authorities.
Immediately after receiving the report, Nam Cuong Commune Police verified the information that the vehicle owner was Mr. L.V.T (born in 1996, residing in Nam Tien Hai Commune, Hung Yen Province); at the same time, contacted the family to know that Mr. T had not returned home.
After issuing a notice to find Mr. T, the local authorities and the commune police coordinated with the family to check and search around the Huu Vi River area.
At 11am the same day, Mr. T's body was found in the Huu Vi River not far from where the motorbike was left. Nam Cuong Commune Police reported the incident to Hung Yen Provincial Police to investigate and clarify the incident.
