On August 7, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 01/QD-UBND on the establishment of the Standing Agency; Advisory and Support Agency for the Standing Agency of the Hanoi People's Air Defense Steering Committee.
According to the Decision, the Standing Agency of the Hanoi People's Air Defense Steering Committee will be established, consisting of 20 comrades.
Head of the Standing Agency: Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff, Hanoi Capital Command; Deputy Head of the Standing Agency: Deputy Chief of Staff (in charge of PKND), Hanoi Capital Command and 18 members who are leaders of specialized departments and offices of Hanoi Capital Command.
At the same time, a Staff and Support Agency for the Standing Agency was established, consisting of 5 comrades.
Chief of Staff, Attending: Deputy Chief of Staff (in charge of People's Air Defense), Hanoi Capital Command; Deputy Chief of Staff, Attending: Comrade Head of the Air Defense Department, Staff, Hanoi Capital Command and 3 members of the Hanoi Capital Command: Comrade Deputy Head of the Air Defense Department, Staff Ministry; Comrade Assistant to combat and training, Air Defense Department, Staff Ministry; Comrade Assistant to People's Air Defense Department, Air Defense Department, Staff Ministry.
The Standing Agency, the Staff Agency, shall assist the Standing Agency in performing its tasks and powers according to the Regulations on operations and the Regulations on People's Air Defense Inspection of the Hanoi People's Air Defense Steering Committee.
Previously, on July 29, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 3970/QD-UBND on the establishment of the Hanoi People's Air Defense Steering Committee.
According to the decision, the Hanoi People's Air Defense Steering Committee was established on the basis of the Hanoi People's Air Defense and Industrial Encouragement Steering Committee, consisting of 35 comrades.
In which, the Head of the Committee is comrade Le Hong Son - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee. The two Deputy Heads of the Committee include: Commander of the Hanoi Capital Command and Deputy Director of the City Police. 32 members are leaders of departments, branches and sectors of the city.
