From the third quarter of 2028 to the third quarter of 2029, it is expected to invest in the construction of social infrastructure works such as cultural houses and kindergartens; invest in construction (cai tao hoa ngoai that) for 189 townhouses; 20 villas.
From the fourth quarter of 2029 to the fourth quarter of 2030, it is expected to complete the investment in the construction of a mixed-use building with an area of 15 floors.
