According to the plan, the total estimated amount of land use fees and land rent collected in 2026 is about 15,000 billion VND, including:
Projects that have allocated land and leased land without auction: The total number of projects calculating land use fees and land rent in the area is 41, the estimated amount to be collected and paid to the state budget is about 13,300 billion VND.
In which, there are 24 projects approved in the first 6 months of 2026, expected to collect about 9,300 billion VND; 17 projects approved in the last 6 months of 2026, expected to collect about 4,000 billion VND.
With money collected from land use right auctions by land fund development centers in the areas of: Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, Hoa Binh, it is estimated at about 1,700 billion VND.
For projects that are allocated land, leased land, or auctioned land use rights after the time of issuance of this plan, they will be reviewed, updated and supplemented after the first 6 months of 2026.
To ensure progress, the Provincial People's Committee requests clear assignment of responsibilities between departments, branches, and localities; strengthen coordination in determining land prices, budget collection and handling arising problems.
The plan was issued with the aim of accelerating the progress of collecting land use fees for projects using land in the area, promoting land resources to serve socio-economic development. At the same time, enhancing the responsibility of agencies and units in determining land prices for projects; improving the efficiency of state management of land.
