Implementing the plan to inspect the regulations of the People's Police in the second quarter of 2026 and the direction of the Director of the Provincial Police on tightening discipline and order, Phu Tho Provincial Police has organized inspections of compliance with regulations at units, especially during the April 30th and May 1st holidays.
Accordingly, the Provincial Police Command Team strengthens surprise and direct inspections at units to assess the compliance with the command duty, duty shift, and combat duty force regime; the implementation of directives and orders of leaders and commanders; and the combat readiness of officers and soldiers.
The inspection content focuses on maintaining order and working regime; complying with posture, etiquette, and style; personnel management; recording and updating duty books.
At the same time, inspect the strict implementation of regulations not to use alcohol, beer, and alcoholic beverages during working hours, on duty, and when driving vehicles participating in traffic.
The Provincial Police said that through inspection, it was found that officers and soldiers at units basically strictly complied with the regulations of the People's Police; posture, manners, and working style had many positive changes; work order was maintained seriously.
In addition, functional forces have reminded and rectified some contents that need to be overcome; requested leaders and commanders of units to strengthen the listing and management of officers and soldiers during working hours and duty; strictly implement the update and monitoring of duty books in accordance with regulations.
Through inspection work, Phu Tho Provincial Police continue to thoroughly grasp officers and soldiers to raise their awareness of organizational discipline, strictly comply with regulations and rules on working regimes, activities, duty shifts, and combat duty; contributing to building a regular and disciplined force, meeting the requirements of ensuring security and order in the new situation.
