On June 19, a fire broke out on the ground floor of a house on Nguyen Gia Tri Street, Binh Thanh District, which was used as a rental office and a residence. Immediately, the Fire Police force arrived in time, successfully rescued the two trapped people, and took them to the emergency room safely.
The fire broke out at around 0:00 on June 19. The fire quickly engulfed the entire ground floor of the house, accompanied by dense smoke rising fiercely, posing a serious danger to those inside.

Upon receiving the report, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force of Binh Thanh District, in coordination with Ward 25 Police and Ho Chi Minh City Police, dispatched many specialized vehicles and officers and soldiers to the scene. Firefighting and search and rescue work were deployed urgently.
After just a few minutes, the police reached the area where people were trapped and successfully rescued two victims, including a female student and a man. Both were suffocated but were lucky to be brought out safely and given timely first aid.

At the scene, many items inside the ground floor of the house were burned down. The cause of the fire is currently being investigated by the authorities.
