Through the inspection, the authorities discovered many violations such as: The facility could not present invoices and documents proving the origin of food ingredients; did not comply with the regulations on 3-step food inspection and food sample storage.

The sewer system and ditches in the kitchen area are stagnant; there are no tools for collecting and containing waste and waste that are suitable for hygiene. Currently being treated at Phu Yen General Hospital, Ho Thi Xuan Tinh (17 years old, residing in Phu Lam ward, Tuy Hoa city) shared: "On the evening of June 3, my sister and I went to eat a buffet at Pho Doi Vuon restaurant. After the meal, 7 people had symptoms of vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain and were taken to a medical facility for treatment.
Immediately after receiving information about the incident, the Food Safety Department (Ministry of Health) issued a document requesting the Phu Yen Provincial Department of Health to urgently investigate and trace the origin of food related to the suspected food poisoning case that occurred at this restaurant.
