Quang Ngai is implementing many key projects such as Hoang Sa - Doc Soi road, Dung Quat - Sa Huynh coastal road, Tra Khuc 3 bridge... with a total investment of over 7,000 billion VND. Most of these projects are stuck in land clearance because some localities where the projects pass through have not completed the determination of specific land prices due to the newly issued Land Law. Recently, to remove obstacles, Quang Ngai province has developed a land price list for 2025 and issued it as a basis for making compensation plans and arranging resettlement land.
Faced with land acquisition issues, Quang Ngai provincial leaders also directed localities and departments to actively resolve each bottleneck. In particular, attention should be paid to handling locations outside of residential land to ensure land for construction contractors. For locations related to residential land, it is necessary to proactively review terms and regulations for land recovery compensation, ensuring the rights of the people and the provisions of the law.
Mr. Tran Hoang Tuan - Vice Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee directed the People's Committees of relevant districts, towns and cities to urgently complete the construction of specific land price lists to ensure the basis for land recovery. Along with that, there is the work of mobilizing and propagating with people in the project area to receive sharing, thereby contributing to the completion of compensation and site clearance work. To ensure the overall progress and bring the project group within the plan to finish in 2025, in addition to removing obstacles and difficulties, Quang Ngai province prioritizes allocating hundreds of billions of VND for the projects.
In the province's 2025 public investment plan, about 5,129 billion VND, Quang Ngai prioritizes allocating counterpart capital for 12 projects using central budget capital, with about 307 billion VND, ensuring the completion of the projects in 2025. In particular, the focus is on the Dung Quat - Sa Huynh coastal road project, Tra Khuc 3 bridge, Hoang Sa - Doc Soi road... Among the projects prioritized for capital allocation and removing obstacles to reach the finish line in 2025, the Tra Khuc 3 bridge project is the project that is prioritized to be implemented and completed in the first months of 2025.
According to reporters at the Tra Khuc 3 bridge project, contractors are mobilizing machinery and human resources to focus on constructing items on the bridge.
A representative of the Quang Ngai Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board said that the Tra Khuc 3 Bridge project was selected by the Provincial Party Committee as a project to welcome the 21st Provincial Party Congress, so the investor and contractor are making every effort to mobilize maximum resources in terms of equipment, human resources, and finance to focus on completing the project as directed by the provincial leaders.
