On August 31, the Department of Construction of Quang Tri province announced that it had approved the traffic diversion plan according to the proposal of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to ensure security, order and traffic safety during the special art program "Quang Tri - convergence and brilliance".
In Dong Hoi ward, all vehicles (except for service vehicles) are prohibited from circulating on National Highway 1 from Km662+700 - Km663+300 (Hung Vuong Street: from the intersection with Tran Hung Dao Street to the intersection with Nguyen Trai Street) from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on September 1, 2025 and 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on September 2, 2025.
In Dong Ha ward and Nam Dong Ha ward, all vehicles (except for service vehicles) are prohibited from circulating on the following routes: National Highway 9, section from Km0+400 - Km1+00 (from the intersection with Le Loi street to the intersection with Cua Tung street); Hung Vuong street, section from the intersection with Le The Hieu street to the intersection with Ngo Quyen street from 19:00 to 22:30 on September 1, 2025 and 18:00 to 22:30 on September 2, 2025.
Nguyen Tri Phuong Street, from the intersection with National Highway 9 to the intersection of Hung Vuong Street from 7:00 a.m. on September 1, 2025 to 11:30 p.m. on September 2, 2025; the section from the intersection of Hung Vuong Street to the intersection of Le Hong Phong Street from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on September 1, 2025 and 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on September 2, 2025.
During the traffic diversion period, vehicles must comply with the instructions and regulations of the authorities. The organizing committee is responsible for ensuring traffic safety, and at the same time widely announces in newspapers and radio for people to understand.
After the end of the program, all equipment and temporary works will be collected and restored to their original state, ensuring smooth traffic.
